Common questions
- My progress is missing — make sure you’re using the same Apple ID and app version. If you reinstalled, contact us.
- Purchases didn’t restore — try the in-app “Restore Purchases” (if available) and confirm you’re logged into the correct Apple ID.
- The app crashes or freezes — restart your device and update to the latest iOS/app version. If it continues, email us details.
